Instructions Dogs and Puppys |
| When switching
from another dog food to Lifes Abundance premium dog food, it's a good idea
to make the transition gradually to help avoid digestive problems, which
can result from an abrupt change in pet food. Over a 7 to 10 day period,
gradually add more Life's Abundance and less of the previous food until
the transition is complete.
Feed your dog
the suggested amount of Lifes Abundance per day. Use this chart
as a guideline and adjust as needed for your dogs age and activity
level. Keep fresh drinking water available at all times.

| Puppy's Age |
Frequency to Feed Puppies |
| 6 weeks to 3 months |
Four or more small feedings spaced regularly throughout the day or measured “free choice”. |
| 3 to 6 months |
Increase the amount of each meal, and gradually space them out to three meals a day or measured “free choice”. |
| 6 Months and Over |
You may gradually space out the meals to twice daily or measured “free choice”. |
| Puppies need roughly twice the quantity of nutrients of adult dogs, for both growth and energy. Obviously, their tummies cannot handle large quantities of food; so much like human babies they will need frequent feedings at first. Use the fchart as a guideline and adjust as needed. |
